At Alain Orbiz Jewelry we stand behind every piece of jewelry that we sell. And guarantee that our jewelry is shipped to you without defects or damages.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please send an email with the original receipt and pictures to: aorbiz@yahoo.com.
If we determine your piece is defective, we are happy to offer a complimentary repair or replacement, detailed instructions will be provided via email. If the item is sold out or discontinued, a store credit will be issued instead.
If we determine that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will notify you and provide you a quote for the repair, if available.
Warranty Time and what is covered:
We offer a 90-day (3 months) product warranty on our products. This warranty covers all manufacturer defects in material or workmanship.
What is not covered?
Neglect, abuse, or natural wear and tear.
Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing.
Prongs and precious metals, in general, wear over time and may require “building up” or restoration work as normal wear.
Bent, caught, or worn out prongs(s) allowing a stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage.
Lost stone or a stone has fallen out due to chipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other damage.
Maintenance, repair, sizing, or other service performed by someone else.
We at Alain Orbiz Jewelry highly recommend insuring your jewelry personally as well as for issues such as loss or theft.
