The more you care for your jewelry, the longer you will be able to enjoy it.

If possible, avoid wearing jewelry when exercising, bathing or showering, or when visiting the swimming pool or sauna, or doing housework and gardening. 

Avoid direct contact with your jewelry with cream, lotion, powder, hairspray, perfume, water, fats, or oils.

Your treasures are best kept in a jewelry box lined with velvet or fabric.

How to clean Gold? To clean your gold jewelry, place it in a warm water bath from time to time with a few drops of washing-up liquid or mild detergent added. Gently brush the gold jewelry clean with a soft toothbrush. Then rinse the jewelry under clear water and pat dry with a lint-free, soft cloth.

Clean silver properly: Similar to gold, you can clean silver yourself with home remedies and use almost the same method. Soak your silver jewelry in a warm water bath with soap or washing-up liquid, gently brush it clean with a soft toothbrush and then rinse it under clear water. Polish with a soft cloth.

How do I make black tarnished silver shine? Fill a bowl - made of glass or plastic - with hot water. line the bottom of the bowl with aluminum foil. Now pour a good amount of salt into the water and place the jewelry in the water bath for a few minutes. Try and polish it with a soft cloth. In the case of intensive discoloration, it is advisable to use professional silver cleaning agents.

Clean Pearls Properly: To clean pearl jewelry, use only water. Chemical products or soap are taboo.
