Shipping Time:
Your order will likely be sent the next day.  Shipment within the continental U.S. typically takes 3-5 days to most locations. All items are shipped with a signature required. In order to insure the package, our insurance company and Couriers require a signature.
If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. We ask our carrier to require a signature for all items.

How long do I have to cancel an order?
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. All customs made are non-returnable and non-cancellable.

Do you ship outside the United States?
We only ship within the continental United States.   

Do you have a payment plan? How does it work?
Yes, we are Partner with Shop Pay. Shop Pay offers you the option to pay in full at checkout or to split your purchase into regular payments with Shop Pay Installments.

What services do you offer – resizing, engraving?
At the moment, we do not offer these kinds of service.  But you always can send us an email at: aorbiz@yahoo.com and we are happy to assist you. Please bear in mind that if you modify the products purchased at Alain Orbiz Jewelry, the warranty for the goods is automatically void.
  
I'm afraid to buy online!
