Damages & Issues

We ask that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at aorbiz@yahoo.com with your order details and photos. We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Refunds are only provided in cases of confirmed damage, defect, or incorrect shipment. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.
