Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing us! To ensure the safe and secure delivery of your jewelry, we have established the following shipping guidelines.

1. Shipping Zones & Eligibility

We currently ship exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States. 

Note: At this time, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or international addresses.

2. Signature Requirement (Mandatory)

For your security, all orders are shipped with a Signature Requirement. An adult signature is required at the time of delivery. We cannot waive this requirement, and we recommend shipping to an address where someone will be available to sign for the package during business hours.

3. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • We offer Free Standard Shipping (Signature Required) on all eligible orders within the contiguous USA.

4. Tracking & Missed Deliveries

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Please monitor your tracking closely to ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery.

  • If a package is returned to us because of multiple missed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the item.

5. Address Accuracy & P.O. Boxes

  • Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Important: Because a signature is required, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical residential or business address.
